Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

Last year, the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee had two goals in mind. One, to offer the community-at-large access to neutrals in mediation/arbitration and two, create a list of qualified neutrals to be provided to area courts. Both projects have been up and running for quite some time and both have proven to be very successful for the community, courts and KCMBA members.

For those attorneys that qualify under Missouri Rule 17 or Kansas Rule 901 that would like to be added to KCMBA’s Qualified Mediator/Arbitrator List which is provided to area courts and KCMBA Members should contact Amy Robinson at (816) 474-4322. This list is available for KCMBA Members in the Members Only section of our web site.
